Laminating

HomeCapabilitiesLaminating

We can adhere many materials together through the lamination process.

At L-S Industries, we use hot-melt laminators to adhere two different materials together. We can laminate just about any material but specialize in various foams and fabrics as well as corrugated plastic. We can laminate roll to roll and roll to sheet, depending on the material.

Lamination

Our laminating capabilities include two main solutions:

  • Roll-to-roll lamination—We laminate two rolled materials together using a hot-melt adhesive. We can run it back through to laminate on both sides of the material if needed.
  • Roll-to-sheet lamination–Roll to sheet lamination requires a little more handling but can be done to provide that custom look, feel, or function you require.

Not only are our laminating capabilities impressive, but we also offer a level of expertise and customer service unique to our industry. Choose us for your laminating project, and we can consult with you about which materials will work best for your application. From there, we will provide a custom quote and give additional information about turnaround times. Your satisfaction is our priority, so we always welcome your questions and requests for additional information.

We have been completing laminating projects for many industries for decades, and we have grown significantly in our capabilities since our inception. To learn more about our laminating capabilities, to request a sample, or to place an order, please reach out to us today.

PLASTIC CORRUGATED

We stock both rolls and sheets of plastic corrugated. Both can easily be laminated to add features such as additional impact protection or a non-scratch surface.

FABRICS

We stock fabrics such as spunbond, Evolon, Brushed Nylon, etc. which create a non-scratch surface on plastic corrugated board. Visit our Fabrics page for more details.

FOAMS

Closed-cell foam and Crosslink foam are two that we laminate fairly regularly to plastic corrugated for a variety of applications.
