Almost all reel wraps come in rolls. Roll lengths vary by material. We can generally cut length down to accommodate your needs.

Yes, we can sheet most of our materials for a cost.

Yes, most materials we provide are.

Some of the light-duty wraps can be printed on but for the protective wraps we can laminate a printed film to the outside of most of our materials.

We can laminate multiple materials together to achieve the desired need for impact protection. Adding closed-cell foam to the back of plastic corrugated adds cushioning and impact protection.

In some cases, with appropriate volume, we can get different colors of our materials.

Corrugated plastic (often known as PCORR) is a lightweight, durable, and waterproof twin-wall sheet material made from polypropylene or polyethylene. Featuring two flat outer layers separated by a ribbed, fluted core, it is commonly used for outdoor signage, packaging, and protective floor covering due to its high-impact resistance and versatility.

A huge variety of products can be made, most commonly totes, trays, bins, boxes, partition sets, etc.

Yes, plastic corrugated materials are resistant to weather and most chemicals.

Yes, plastic corrugated must be die-cut into a form, or shape, that is ultimately folded up into a tote, tray, or bin. We have already purchased tooling for many of our “standard” designs, but you can purchase the die for any new custom items. It is a one-time purchase just for the die.

Yes, plastic corrugated is available in roughly 10 to 13 “standard” colors and, with enough volume, we can make it in any custom color you need. Each color does carry a minimum order, though.

Somewhat; the boards can only be extruded to a certain size. However, we can combine multiple boards to create larger products by sonic-welding or heat-sealing them together.

The sidewalls lift off the base and fold flat for storage. The two pieces can be stored separately.

The material is the same material used in returnable pallet packs, so they are designed to take a beating and last for years.

L-SI offers a 6-month warranty against manufacturer’s defects. The cart is designed to be able to replace individual parts as necessary. The sidewalls, base pad, base cart, casters, etc. can be individually replaced so you can get the most out of this cart as possible.

Yes, with enough volume, we can manufacture different size sidewalls and base carts to fit your needs.

We typically do not, only because we do not have printing capabilities. Since the sidewalls arrive flat, it is very easy for you, or a local print shop to apply graphics to the sidewalls.

Regular maintenance is key to a long lifecycle for these carts. Inspect the casters on a regular basis to remove hair and debris from the bearings and wheels. Any nicks or cuts in the aluminum frame can be sanded smooth with sandpaper.

We do. We have plastic handhole inserts to provide a smoother surface inside the hand holes, we have felt pads to put on the aluminum base to prevent wall scuffs. You can also purchase online traditional “laundry cart” accessories that will fit our cart, too.
