Company History
Lestra was incorporated in West Virginia by William W. Hughes, naming the company after his two daughters Lesley and Tracey.
1978
Sharnan was incorporated in Knoxville, TN to expand manufacturing capabilities.
All assets were consolidated to the Knoxville office and the company renamed L-S Industries.

Chris Creasman
Chris started with L-S in 2007, bringing his background in marketing to the company. Over the years, he has developed sales training and learned the business inside and out before stepping into the role of CEO in 2025. He’s passionate about the business and the endless possibilities for the products we can make.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys golf and working on home projects.

Jerry started with L-S Industries in 2019 as an Industrial Packaging Specialist, bringing over 30 years of dynamic sales experience to his role and offering a solution-oriented approach for customers. In his free time, Jerry is focused on family and friends and enjoys playing golf, traveling, cooking, being outdoors, and building connections on and off the course.

INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SPECIALIST
Tony Started at L-S in 2023 as an Industrial Packaging Specialist, and he has been in the packaging and distribution industry for nearly 25 years. He has served in multiple operational and sales capacities and prides himself on what he deems a total end-to-end total packaging solutions provider through his industry experience. His sales motto has always been, “Don’t be just a source, but a resource.” For hobbies, he enjoys golf, boating, travel, and spending time with his family and grandkids.

Crystal started working here in January of 2023. Before coming to L-S, she worked in human resources and customer service. She enjoys learning more about human resources and new laws. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her Alaskan Malamute dogs.

Judi Knight

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Judi started with L-S Industries in June of 2009. She spent 13 years in customer service before stepping into her current role as Operations Manager. That time on the front lines gave her a deep understanding of the business and what it takes to keep things running well, for customers and team members alike.
She enjoys the variety her role brings and especially likes finding ways to make things work better, whether it’s solving a problem, smoothing out a process, or helping someone do their job more efficiently.
Outside of work, Judi loves spending time with family, checking out new places around town, and gardening.
Adri Sanchez

OFFICE MANAGER
Adri began working in manufacturing in 2014, but in 2022, she took on a more managerial role. Today, she manages the office and coordinates all shipments coming in and out of L-S Industries. She is passionate about making things run smoothly and efficiently, both at our plant and with our partner companies. She likes planning pick-ups for customers and getting orders out as quickly as possible. She is also fluent in Spanish.

ACCOUNTANT
Chris joined L-S Industries in September 2022 as the company’s accountant. Before joining L-S, Chris spent much of his career in the construction and property development industries. Outside of work, you can find Chris coaching girls’ youth soccer. He calls himself a retired over-30s recreational Sunday league legend, which is heavily debated amongst those who know him.
