Plastic corrugated totes have a metal wire rim, which gives them rigidity and stability. Plastic corrugated trays can be made without the wire in either a welded version or a “knocked-down” version. The welded version is put together at our site and sonic welded together; these are shipped pre-assembled to you, so all you have to do is put them to use when they arrive. The knocked-down, flat option allows us to ship the plastic corrugated forms flat to you, saving on freight and allowing us to stack more on a pallet. You would need to assemble them, but once that’s done, they are ready to use for years.
