As a result, we were able to maximize the useable space and fit the evidence room supplies they needed to store in every tote with ease. We are excited to see if more government offices that need to store larger envelopes and materials could benefit from our plastic corrugated totes in a similar capacity.
For this specific office, the evidence room totes are used to house 61,000 envelopes. These envelopes currently take up 60% of the space vs. without the totes, so there is still plenty of room to grow. In fact, the client remarked they estimate they can fit another 30,000 to 40,000 envelopes in the available evidence room trays.
